一 | 　　济南黄岗路黄河隧道已具备试运行通行条件，经研究定于2026年8月25日9时30分开通试运行。

二 | 为维护道路交通安全、有序、畅通，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》等法律法规，现将有关事项公告如下：　　一、限制通行规定　　(一)禁止行人、非机动车通行; 　　(二)禁止中重型货车、非载货专项作业车、三轮汽车、拖拉机、轮式专用机载车、二三轮摩托车以及悬挂挂车号牌的机动车(旅居式挂车除外)通行; 　　(三)禁止载运爆炸物品、易燃易爆化学品以及剧毒、放射性等危险物品的机动车通行; 　　(四)隧道限高4米，超限车辆禁止驶入。 The first trailer of Lockdown has arrived and it brings with it a sense of dread that lingers long after the final frame.
